Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
Changelog: initial version published May 8, 2026. Material changes will be listed here with date and a one-line summary.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes how you may and may not use Monday Morning (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service — Free and paid customers, marketplace authors, and team members.
If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove offending content, deactivate license seats, refuse refunds for the affected period, and report you to law enforcement when required.
You will not use the Service to:
Violate the law
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where the Service is hosted.
- Infringe any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other right.
- Distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or that promotes violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
Harm people
- Threaten, harass, intimidate, or stalk anyone.
- Publish another person's private information.
- Sexually exploit or endanger children.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other messages using the Service or any data you obtained through it.
Damage systems
- Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, keyloggers, cryptocurrency miners, or any other malicious code through the Marketplace or any other part of the Service.
- Use the Service to attack any network or system, including through denial-of-service attacks, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized vulnerability scanning.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without our prior written permission. Responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities you discover incidentally is welcome at security@getmondaymorning.com; coordinated disclosure does not violate this AUP.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading our APIs, evading rate limits, or scraping at high volume.
Cheat the licensing system
- Share a Pro license key with anyone outside your single-user use.
- Share a Team license seat with anyone who is not a member of the same team.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or patch the Software in order to bypass tier gating, seat enforcement, activation limits, grace-period logic, or any other licensing control.
- Re-sell, sub-license, or otherwise transfer license keys without our written permission.
- Use the Service to provide a substantially similar product to others, whether or not you charge for it.
Misuse the Marketplace
If you publish a plugin to the Marketplace, you will not:
- Submit a plugin you do not have the right to distribute.
- Submit a plugin that contains malware, telemetry that violates the Privacy Policy, or code that exfiltrates user data without clear, prior, in-app disclosure and user consent.
- Submit a plugin that crashes, hangs, or destroys data without warning, or that materially degrades the Software.
- Use the plugin install or update flow to deliver content other than what your plugin's listing describes.
- Submit reviews or reports in bad faith (review-bombing, fake positive reviews, or filing reports to harass an author).
Misuse third-party integrations
When you connect Monday Morning to a third-party service (Anthropic, Notion, Slack, Trello, Google, GitHub, LemonSqueezy, etc.):
- You will only use credentials you are authorized to use.
- You will follow that third party's terms of service.
- You will not use Monday Morning to scrape, exfiltrate, or otherwise misuse data from any third-party service.
Misuse AI features
When you use Monday Morning's Claude / LLM features (with your own API key):
- You will follow Anthropic's Usage Policies in addition to ours.
- You will not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, that defames anyone, that constitutes child sexual abuse material, or that incites violence.
- You will not use the Service to generate content for purposes Anthropic prohibits (political manipulation, weaponization, fraud, and so on, per their published policies).
- You will review AI-generated output before relying on it. AI outputs can be wrong; you are responsible for what you do with them.
Impersonate or deceive
- Impersonate any person or organization, including misrepresenting your affiliation with us.
- Falsify or remove copyright notices, attributions, or other proprietary markings.
- Misrepresent the origin or authorship of any content you submit through the Service.
Reporting violations
If you discover a violation of this AUP — for example, a malicious plugin, a security issue, or abusive behavior in a team or marketplace listing — please report it to support@getmondaymorning.com. For security vulnerabilities, please use security@getmondaymorning.com instead.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may take any of the following actions, with or without prior notice: issue a warning; temporarily suspend your account, license seats, or specific features; remove offending content; permanently terminate your account or license; refuse refunds for affected billing periods; or cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
When practicable, we will tell you what triggered the action and give you a chance to respond. Some violations (active malware, child-safety issues) require immediate action.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing support@getmondaymorning.com within 30 days. Include your account email or affected license key, a description of what you believe is wrong, and any context that would help us reconsider. We will review your appeal in good faith.
Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP. If we make a material change, we will post the updated AUP with a new “Last updated” date and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
