Terms of Service
Last updated: May 8, 2026
Changelog: initial version published May 8, 2026. Material changes will be listed here with date and a one-line summary.
By downloading, installing, or using Monday Morning (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Software.
Licence grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Monday Morning for your own projects, subject to these Terms. The desktop binary is proprietary. The Monday Morning MCP server is released under the MIT licence.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed through LemonSqueezy on a monthly or annual cadence. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the LemonSqueezy customer portal linked in the app and in your receipt emails.
Refunds
Annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee — email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly plans are refundable within the first 7 days; after that, monthly fees are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
- Operate Monday Morning as a hosted service for third parties.
- Upload malicious, infringing, or otherwise harmful plugins to the marketplace.
- Use the Software in a way that violates applicable law.
Team plans
Team plans are billed per seat. Seats can be reassigned to different members of your team, but they may not be sub-licensed to third parties or shared between multiple users.
User responsibility
Monday Morning is local-first. Your project data lives on your machine. You are responsible for backing up your own .mm/ folders and any other files created by the Software.
Third-party integrations
Monday Morning can connect to optional third-party services (Google Calendar, Slack, GitHub, Trello, Notion, Grain, Harvest, and others added over time). Each integration is off by default and requires your explicit authorization.
Your use of any third-party service through Monday Morning is governed by that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms, including any usage limits, scope restrictions, or acceptable-use rules they impose.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, security, or content of third-party services, or for any loss, modification, or unauthorized access to data resulting from your use of them. How Monday Morning handles data you authorize it to access via third-party APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the paid features of the Software if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software and cancel your subscription at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; if that fails, the courts of Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
